One of the best protein powders we've tested for Ninja Creami. Exceptional texture, flavor, and macros — this one is hard to beat. Buy this one.
The Review
Salted Caramel is one of those flavors that's hard to get right in a protein powder — too sweet and it's cloying, too subtle and it disappears after freezing. FlavCity finds the right balance. The caramel note is present and clearly identifiable, and the salt cuts through the sweetness in a way that keeps each bite interesting.
Texture is excellent — dense, creamy, no icy pockets. It spins clean and holds up well. The one thing I wanted more of was a caramel syrup texture, something slightly thicker and more viscous. The flavor is there; the textural element of caramel is a bit understated. That's a minor note on an otherwise excellent pint.
With Oreo Thins mixed in, the salted caramel flavor gets a nice vanilla cookie complement that works really well. The salt in the powder also brings out the sweetness of the Thins in a way that makes the combination better than either element alone.
Sweetened with stevia leaf extract only — one of the simpler sweetener profiles in the lineup. No artificial sweeteners, no erythritol from the powder. A reliable, repeatable pint that earns its place in regular rotation.

How It's Scored
Flavor Accuracy
Does it taste like what it says on the label? Artificial notes are penalized.
Creami Texture
How smooth and creamy does it spin? Icy or grainy results score lower.
Macro Efficiency
Protein per calorie ratio. High protein, low calories = better score.

FlavCity is the most exciting brand in our lineup. With 8 flavors tested and nearly all of them scoring 9+, the consistency is remarkable. What sets FlavCity apart is their smoothie-style formula — ingredients like banana powder and real fruit extracts that genuinely amp up the Creami game.
