One of the best protein powders we've tested for Ninja Creami. Exceptional texture, flavor, and macros — this one is hard to beat. Buy this one.

The Review

Raspberry Cheesecake is a revelation. The flavor reads more like black raspberry than a standard red raspberry — deeper, slightly tart, with a rich berry note that pairs perfectly with the cheesecake base. It doesn't taste like a protein powder trying to be a dessert. It tastes like a dessert.

Texture is dense and creamy with no icy pockets. It spun clean on the first pass and held its consistency throughout. The cheesecake element adds a subtle richness to the base that you don't get from straight fruit flavors — it's more complex and more satisfying.

With Oreo Thins mixed in, it becomes something close to a frozen cheesecake with a cookie crust. The vanilla cookie note in the Thins complements the raspberry-cheesecake profile without overpowering it. This is one of the best Oreo pairings in the lineup.

Sweetened with Glucosylated Stevia and Reb M — clean, no artificial sweeteners. At 336 calories and 43g protein, the macro profile is also excellent. This is a bag-finisher — once you open it, you'll want to spin it every week.

How It's Scored

Flavor Accuracy

Does it taste like what it says on the label? Artificial notes are penalized.

Creami Texture

How smooth and creamy does it spin? Icy or grainy results score lower.

Macro Efficiency

Protein per calorie ratio. High protein, low calories = better score.

Artificial sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame-K) are noted and generally result in lower flavor scores. Learn more about the methodology →

Worth Exploring

Prodough has a massive flavor lineup, but the results are inconsistent. A few standouts like Coconut Cream and Raspberry Cheesecake score in the 9s, but the majority land in the lower range with flavor issues, especially baked goods or spiced flavors. If you want to try Prodough, stick to the top-rated flavors and skip the rest.
