A strong performer in the Ninja Creami. Solid texture and flavor with good macros — a reliable choice for your rotation. Worth buying.
The Review
Neapolitan is an ambitious flavor — trying to capture three distinct ice cream profiles (vanilla, chocolate, strawberry) in a single powder is a tall order, and Prodough pulls it off better than expected. The flavor is balanced and clearly reads as Neapolitan rather than any single component dominating. It's one of those powders where the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.
Texture is excellent — dense, creamy, no icy pockets on the first pass. It held up beautifully without needing any re-spins or extra liquid. The macro profile (337 calories, 43g protein) is among the best in the lineup.
The Neapolitan character is most convincing in the middle of the pint, where all three flavor notes are present simultaneously. The vanilla and chocolate come through clearly; the strawberry is subtler but detectable. It's a more complex eating experience than a single-flavor powder.
Sweetened with Glucosylated Stevia and Reb M — clean, no artificial sweeteners. This is a powder I'd grab in single-serve packets for variety rather than committing to a full bag. But if Neapolitan is your thing, this is the best version of it in the Creami.

ProDough — #3 Brand · 6.0 avg
Prodough has a massive flavor lineup, but the results are inconsistent. A few standouts like Coconut Cream and Raspberry Cheesecake score in the 9s, but the majority land in the lower range with flavor issues, especially baked goods or spiced flavors. If you want to try Prodough, stick to the top-rated flavors and skip the rest.
